Monday morning we sleep. Tom's little friend departs our company. In the afternoon we drive back to the Karlovacko brewery and take a tour. Oh too see huge vats of beer and get to drink it as well, heaven man, just heaven. After about two hours we're buzzing again. All we do is drink on this tour, god is this the life. We make Tony drive since he's the only sober person here now. We make our way to the Croatian region of Istra and stop in Crkvinica for the night. Tuesday we hit the beach for the first time baby! The place is full of tourists on vacation for the summer. The sea is still not as warm as it usually get later in the summer about 22 C (73 F), but it was like in the low 80's (28 C) and sunny outside. What more can you ask for?
After the beach we drive to Banjole and the Midnght
Klub. Decent little place. The crowd tonight was so-so, I'd say about two-thirds
full with a few tourists scatted about. We went through the set robotically,
not to much zip in our show. Tony's back started to bother him from the
beginning and we just weren't that sharp. It looks like we fooled the audience
once again, but not ourselves. We are capable of playing so much better.
I think we layed out in the sun too long today or something.
